Wow! This puzzle looks fantastic! I need a hint on the opening moves because I see so many possibilities to what I could do and when I do them I'm not sure it is right.

This is a hard level, it might take a day (or two)

Here's a possible way to begin.

The rafts of the upper two wells are at the wrong places: Inside instead of outside and vice versa. Try to bring them in position, maybe this answers a few questions.

Thanks for posting that hint Chip, it's given me a good start, BUT, I can't keep the dark blue timer operating continuously. All the rest are OK.

So that means I haven't managed to get up to the top section properly.

Still working on it.

Try to make out the loops of the two blue spheres. (One of them is easy to spot, the other one is twisted.) Then you get probably an idea how to fix the well.

Thanks to a hint from Bob, I managed to get all the timers in the central area working, only to find that I can't get the ones in the top section going properly. My spheres always end up in the drink.

Once I managed to get into the lower area, but couldn't get out again of course. I see from the arrangement I won't be able to get all the bonus coins, but there must be a way.

EDIT: Bob held my hand again and guided me along the right path.
Made it at last!
