I'm having huge problems with getting the green and red timers working.
I got the rainbow spirit to activate one but then it got wiped out with the flame.

1. Remember: I often match the color of the puzzle with the color of the solution.
2. So who could be predestinated to cover a green and a red timer...
3. ...and is there a clever way to bring the guys to the bow?

I had thought of your colour co-ordinated themes, but so far haven't found a way.
