Hi, I'm new at this forum.
I have RtW platinum and I can't download the custom levels. 20 platinum levels are already placed in my custom levels directory and I keep getting the message: can't download. Which directory do I need to open for downloading the custom levels?

This is for Windows XP by the looks of it so it may be slightly different for Windows 7 or 8, but essentially you just need to download the level and save it in the Custom Levels folder, then when you play the game it should appear in the list of custom levels available to play. If you are already doing this and still getting the can't download message then maybe it's something to do with administrator privileges stopping you from downloading.

Or maybe your internet doesn't have full access to everything. Re-check your browser settings

Thank you both for your answers. Since I was downloading it as written and my browser wasn't the problem, I deleted the platinum folder that was already in my custom file. And now I can download and am looking
forward to trying them all
