The Book of Ivuulx Trilogy:
The Book of Ivuulx
The Plains
The Haunted Library
I'm hoping to get out three more adventures (two after this one) before the PotZ Editor, a Christmas one and one preparing my WA3 storyline.
This one has a decent balance of puzzles and storyline, but mediocre scenery (Hey, it's hard to decorate the creepy keep as well as it was done in WA3).
It requires my icon set (the most recent version, updated today), Qloof234's stunning creepy keep leveltexture, and two custom textures. All of this is in the included zip file, but the topic for my icon set is
here and Qloof's texture can be found
here.
PotZ Spoilers.

Huh, how strange...
I can't seem to get the actual adventure.

It should be in the zip as a .wa2 file, along with some texture files.

He's right, it's not in the folder at all, just the textures

Okay, I fixed it. I guess either I forgot, or my computer had an issue uploading. Anyway, it's there now.

The adventure says 11 downloads, so does anyone need help or has anyone finished it?

Well, I need help with figuring out how textures work.

Really, that stuff is mindboggling for me. However, I will probably figure it out eventually. I did manage to work the castle texture out, and I managed to finnish the first level. Thanks

The icon texture goes in WA Editor v096\User Data\Custom Content\Icons.
The leveltexture goes in WA Editor v096\User Data\Custom Content\Textures.
The other texture files go in WA Editor v096\Custom. You may not have this folder. If you don't, create it.
I hope this helps.

Okey, yeap, that helps a whole lot, because I don't have \customs!

I'll learn eventually, but evidently not without help. Thanks!

I remember being confused about it as well, until I discovered that I needed to create \Custom. Glad to help!

I think you left a testing arrow in the first WLV.

Where? I thought I got rid of them all.

Right in the middle of the path.

That, and a testing sign.
I am not sure if you've fixed that yet or not, though. I got my copy not long after first release.
Though I do must have to say, now that you helped me with the \customs, I can play these adventures; I am enjoying every half minute of them!

I'm glad you're enjoying them!

I'll remove the arrow and sign when I have a chance, I don't have access to a computer right now.

Okay, I uploaded the new version.

This adventure has had very good puzzles so far, but they've been pretty glitchly.
1: You can solve the spring puzzle with 1 Pop charge left over.
2: You can skip the first shadow stinker's dialogue, unbalancing the rest of his dialogues.
3: You don't need the purple key from the chomper/brr area.
4: The grey gate won't open! I've pushed the grey button after the turtle blockade puzzle, but it stays closed!
So... yeah. I think you need to make another version. (Unless the puzzle is still solvable and I'm just missing something obvious!)

You're supposed to use that extra Pop charge to press the purple button in the area above. Unless you still have one after that, in which case you must have found a solution I missed.
2: You can skip the first shadow stinker's dialogue, unbalancing the rest of his dialogues.
Oops.
3: You don't need the purple key from the chomper/brr area.
Oops again.
4: The grey gate won't open! I've pushed the grey button after the turtle blockade puzzle, but it stays closed!
You have to get the purple turtle to press it. I'm pretty sure there's a sign that says that.

My replies in bold. I'll fix the mistakes and reupload.

Oh, yeah. I didn't notice that. Sorry!

That's fine, I'll make the sign a little more obvious when I reupload.

Now I'm stuck in the first room of the library. I can't figure out how to get past the purple gates. I can trap the chompers in the cages, no problem, but that doesn't do anything.

I'll also add a sign in there, explaining what you should do. Look for purple particles coming out of the ground. They might be kinda hard to spot, so I'll try to make them more obvious.
Also, in the next room, only the button at the bottom has the correct subcolor to open the gate at the bottom.

Finished it! This was probably your best adventure yet! The puzzles were fun and unique, and the dialogue was very good, too. Your scenery is getting better, too.
I've already pointed out various glitches, but other than that, it was completely loophole-free! Thanks!

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I fixed all of the issues (hopefully) and it is now loophole-free, with the new version now uploaded!

I had actually presumed I needed the chompers in the traps...
at least, I did, until one chomper pressed the button and closed the gate on the other.
I couldn't figure out what to do. All I know was that there were these strange purple particals coming out of the ground.
I tried moving onto them and every thing!
Then... I misclicked.

I spoke to one of the fountains of purple pixels.
However, I have to put a hold after that room; I want to finnish your second adventure before this one.

My first through fourth adventures are not very good. My fifth is where it starts actually having more thought-through puzzles and nice scenery. There is a storyline, so definitely play them in order.

Okey, I just finnished all of them!
That was a lot of fun, and fairly challanging if I do type so myself.
