Adventure No. 4 - TRANSPORTERS!

My new adventure.
It has transporters. A LOT of transporters.
I'm pretty sure there are multiple ways to do this.
Hint:
The blue transporters move every few seconds.
The green ones rotate every few seconds.

Cool level! But I managed to solve it through trial-and-error
