This was the hardest part for me too - the way you get them is...

I think I can see how to get all over the world, but, I didn't think as to how to actually do that.
I'll probably end up trying it later, when it's not pitch black out.

I have made it to the top and opened the green gate and can go no further. Could you please tell me how to do the next step.

I'm way behind everyone here.
The rafts weren't a problem and I've sailed around the world.
But I can't find a way through the fallen tower boulders.
I must be blind, but I just can't work it out.
Looking forward to the video solution Chip!

Let's number the columns 1-9, from left to right, then the sequence is:
1. Boulder in column 6 up.
2. Boulder in column 5 left.
3. Boulder in column 3 up.
4. Boulder in column 3 up.
5. Top boulder in column 4 right.
6. Boulder in column 5 right.
7. Boulder in column 6 left.

I've been away for a week and it was a real delight to see some new levels and the continuing saga of the Knights of the Folding Table was my first to take a crack at.
I had some trouble working the rafts for the bonus coins but managed to work that out and then onward to gold.
