Stories Of The Land Ophir - Chapter 1

Welcome to the stories about the discovery of a mystic land and the adventures there.
Chapter 1 tells how Loof and his friend, the cannon Eddy 'The Ready' B. Lastit, made their first steps towards a hidden passage to Ophir.
The series starts with a novelty: TWO TWIN LEVELS. Have (double) fun!

Hi Mark
Thanks for the welcome. During the last few weeks I spent all my
computer time with the editor to launch this series as fast as possible.
Hope you like it.

Chip, did you already the finish series in advance?
Or give yourself a head start, to allow more time?

There are more levels in the pipeline, some ready, some still receiving their final polish - it's worth waiting for!

Great to see you back Chip, and with some wonderful levels too!

I've completed the first of the series.
Loved that complex jump to get the final bonus coin! :D :D

Still working on the second one.

Wow! :D

What a great entry to a new series, Chip!

I had quite a bit of trouble figuring out the first one...
let alone the second one.

But, Loof and Eddy finally finished the puzzle, eventually, in gold. :D

Thank you very much!

Hey Chip,

I finished the first level without knowing how to get the bonus coin.

Off to the second level.

Thanks so much for all of your contributions.

Hi Anne
Here are the hints for the last bonus coin:
1. Use the steel box beneath the lower blue TP to switch the conveyor in the bonus area.
2. Then enter the skating rink yourself, but not from the central tile with the sign.
3. Enter from one of the two tiles to the left...
4. ...or to the right of the sign. All 4 possibilities will work.
5. Don't change the direction until you reach the switched conveyor.
6. Here jump up instead of down get your gold star.
Good luck! :)

I've beaten the first one! The second looks really similar; I'm not sure if I should play it or go on to "Stories Of The Land Ophir 2". In any case the difficulty was pleasant for me, just hard enough but not frustrating. I also really like the writing! The dialogue is very cute.

Thanks for the fun, Chip!

Update: I decided I had to beat the second version too. It was harder - a lot of tricky moves - but I actually liked it better! It's really cool how you timed the key moves in the puzzle. I actually felt like I was playing baseball in Wonderland... running all 4 bases in the beginning, and a Home Run at the end!

Wonderful levels! :D

Wecome aboard, Theo!
It's great to have you in the crew and I'm :D that the intended 'baseball feeling' came across.
