I finished it first try, on gold, only to try it twice more, getting killed both times.

As much as I know, Toony was IP banned, so the only way he could've made another account is by using another Internet connection or a Proxy connection.

Also, it could be that MS accepted to unban him, then finding his IP would be simple, however, I think mods can only check if he posts in the Off-Topic forum (since mods only have those powers in the Off-Topic section.)
