The mechanics involved in activating the white timers is truly amazing.
I tried all sorts of arrangements until I had Qookie walk a path that the boulder(s) should take and the light came on.

Great level from start to finish, thank-you Chip!

Like Bob, I was dazzled by your ingenious invention for covering the white timers!
I made the scouge section more complicated with many 'back and forth' trips.
And then missed the obvious with the the green gate.
Finally, there was a familiar puzzle at the top which I kept doing wrong.
It all came together in the end, and I have a new gold star!

Working on this one Chip.

And yes - it's the white timer mechanism that has me stumped at the moment.

I've worked out the cannon/green button bit, and the blue timer, and potentially the yellow timer if only the white gate was open.

An intriguing problem, so I'm still trying this and that.

EDIT: Just worked out the white timer enigma.

How true ... I thought the white timer was bad enough but there are multiple problems with the ending.
1 How to escape the teleport trap
2 How to have an exit from the top room
3 How to exit

Here are the hints about the white timer:

1. Push the upper boulder R to the wall.
2. Enter the lower black TP to push the boulder D through the white TPs.
3. Push the lower boulder R to the wall.
4. Enter the upper white TP to push the second boulder U against the first one.
5. The machinery is running now. Just stay aside in time.

I use a variation on your method for the white timers:
I pushed both boulders right then stepped down into the black tp pushing the upper boulder down twice, that's it.

This was quite a doozy. @_@

Thanks for the fun compilations of complex machinery, Chip;
It really did take me many deaths and retries to get the
right things done in the right orders.
But the end results included utter fascination and accomplishment.
