Ported Hub: The Wizards' Council

This didn't take as long as I expected it to. 
This is The Wizards' Council by jozsefkoma. The original thread is here.
THIS HUB IS UNFINISHED AND MAY BE BROKEN IN AREAS. MOST, IF NOT ALL OF THIS HUB HAS BEEN TESTED. THERE ARE AREAS WHERE YOU CAN GET STUCK IN THE HUB IF YOU'RE NOT CAREFUL - However in most of these situations you would have to do it on purpose to get stuck!

Due to the size limits of this forum, this Hub had to be uploaded off-site.
To Patrick: if there is a problem with this, please PM me about it and I will remove the upload ASAP.

Installation
1. Place the "The Wizards' Council" folder inside of Userdata\Custom\Hubs.
2. Place "icons twc.bmp" inside Userdata\Custom\Icons.
3. Place the "TWC" folder inside of Userdata\Custom\Models.
4. Place the "Textures" folder inside the Data folder. Do not place the folder contents inside of "Custom" - it won't work!
5. Jutomi found a missing texture that wasn't included with the original download. If you don't already have it, place the image below into the Custom folder in the root directory of the editor and name it "IceThwart" with a .jpg extension. If there are any other missing textures, please post their names in this thread.
I take no credit for this Hub. All credit goes to its original designers.
