Random Spikey Test

I always believed that when a diagonal spikeyball hits a wall's corner, it can turn either way at random, making it useful for RNGs. It turns out this is already set.
This level shows several things about manipulating diagonal spikey behaviour-for one, a diagonal spikeyball asked to go a cardinal direction (NESW) will always become a north-south or east-west only spikeyball (like 180 moobots).
Examine yourself, then figure out the small gate puzzle.
