OK, so this level may or may not be quite ridiculous and especially seemingly impossible on timed mode,
and it also may or may not be named as a reference to Surgeon Crossing,
which I found to be a very hard level of the original Feeding Frenzy.

This was a very hard level indeed - it took me many hours to solve but time was not the issue: I had 1:03 minutes left.
