The Wonderland Board

I think I must be doing something wrong in The Treadmill. I can get to the point where all the gates are opened but the way to the red teleporter is blocked by a boulder and a box.

I have been trying to do this all day and it's driving me demented. I even checked the hints page and followed the instructions on that but at the point I'm stuck it just says move the barrel into the teleport.

Can anybody help me? PLEASE!!!!!!!
