Please explain your problem in detail.
In general, you should answer me following questions:
1. In which game does this error occurs?
2. When does this error occurred? (For example, in main menu or in any level/adventure/hub)
3. How does this error occurred? (means what you did before the error occurred)
4. What are the specs of your computer?
