Coins in Sewer

I have not done this game in a while and I can't remember how to get these coins.When I take the transporter thing across I can see them off to the left. But I can't figure out how to go to them. I tried to use the glove thing but it won't work on the transporter. I have looked online for how to get them but no luck. Can anyone help?

You have to unlock the green gate first before you can collect those.
Take the upward pointing arrow just next to the green gate (if gate not open then find key and open it).
You will be in a different area now but keep moving up and take another upward arrow.
You will be back in the area with the coins and you will be able to ride a transporter to them.

Welp. Yeah, I figured that was the area, but it's been a while so I couldn't remember if there might be somewhere else...
