WA Open Source v10.00 Initial Release

Most importantly:
1. The code and resulting modifications are for free distribution to the Wonderland community via this forum only.
2. No game resources may be distributed. You still have to own/buy an official copy of the game to use any of the open source projects.
3. All open source use is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be aware that downloading other people's creations could theoretically put your computer at risk. Only engage in this if you are willing to take that risk.
