New Level(s) - Mellow Marshlands / Menacing Marshlands

I had looked back at classic RTW levels and appreciated the vastness of the garden themed levels.
I had also wanted to try out a couple of weird mini-puzzles involving ghosts...
So uh... here is a
classic Lost Lands style level for you to enjoy.
With all that being said, I've also provided a "Lite" / "Mellow" version in case you'd rather just not deal with ghosts. It does lack a
bit of the nuanced logic of the original, although it does ironically feature a bit of a mini-puzzle/nuance of its own that's rather uniquely required which is neat I suppose. (It also took me half the amount of time to play in the final recording

)
[Hint for the original: You can use plasma boxes and isolated teleporters to keep ghosts locked into specific areas if it's helpful. You can also kill ghosts with them if desired - but be careful what you wish for!]

This was a real torture:
For many long hours I knew exactly what to do, but still had to wait... and wait... and wait... 3 times in a row, up to 10 minutes at a time, with the slightest miss in timing taking me back to the beginning.
Then there was another long wait in the end - while there was nothing I could do, I started getting worried that my timer would run out.
It is a great level, but something must be done to decrease the random wait-time.
P.S. I have not looked at the simplified version.

Hey Amnon; I agree. I think the simplified level is honestly the only way to do everything you said needed to be done, though.
I should clarify that there
is a way of making the ghost section not remotely as bad as-is; if you push plasma boxes around and
lock out a ghost so it can't return to a lower area once it's gone upwards (and killed one of the ghosts at some point), then it's far and away less frustrating. The teleporters were also put in place to prevent the ghosts from having
too much free range, save one segment where it's a bit of a red herring. (And if you solved it without using them at all then uh, not the intended solution...

)
Suffice to say uh. Yeah, afraid I agree with you, and I probably should have let my perceptions of this level cook just a little longer. Or at least released just the simplified version, and saved the ghosty bits for another level. (The only difference is there are no ghosts, and a slightly different method can be used for the top island.)
I'll be honest, I'm not sure there's much I could do that'd make the "tricks" really worth the wait with this level layout. And I think I considered that but forgot at some point. (darned august allergies

) If you think it's a good idea - for future puzzlers - I'll gladly erase the original, keeping only the "Lite" version, and you can retain the wretched original as proof of what you endured...

or perhaps archiving it with a content warning.
(I may well be taking a scalpel to 086 and maybe 088 as well at some point. I do think they all could use some time back in the washing machine. Although 091 and 089 should be good to go still
)

Well of course that's the first thing I considered, but if I try to obtain that second plasma then I don't have enough pieces to finish. So then obviously I did not find the intended solution, also because there was one box I could not use and therefore left it alone, also because when I peeped at the simplified version, I didn't know how to solve it... well unless I took the time to look for something entirely different, and whatever little time I have at the moment for Wonderland, I am using it to try and solve 'Osmosis'....

I have just made the "simplified" version, it took me a while as in some places I couldn't do it the same way as the full version.

Just made the full version more or less in the way I did the simplified one - and it was slightly easier, including locking up a ghost, so I guess I now made it in the intended way...

well. "Concerned" is a strong word, given my mixed feelings about this one.

Posted my video solutions for these. :') Still not my greatest work but not sure I'd feel up for trying to remake them either.
