V4.33 with five "lost" Playground levels

Just published V4.33 including five "lost" Playground levels. These are levels that were included in the original (classic) RTW but were omitted from the Deluxe and Platinum releases. They're now in S&L. Thanks to Celebi543 for noticing this and helping me find RTW classic.
