Help with Secret Worlds - "Meet the Mayor"

Okay, I'm stumped. I have looked at the Online Solution, but what I still don't understand is this: how do I get back to the red transporter? I can't figure out how to get another boulder in the water there.
Any hints/clues?

I went back and looked at this level for you. Without giving anything away, the basic answer is, "You don't have to".
After you've done the thing with all the boulders, with Peegue's help, Stinky can exit through the second gate. Just follow the not-quite-yellow brick road.
