Escape from foggy mountains

I have made it to the exit but I cant figure out how to get to the mystery clue. I restarted the level but I'm not getting it. I tried searching the message boards but didn't find anything so I decided to ask.

Hi sillyzanny,
First of all,
WELCOME TO WONDERLAND 
It's easier to help if you state which Wonderland Game you're in and which world and level. This level for instance is RTWD W2L10.

Make Loof follow the yellow path.
Make Stinky follow the blue path (go as far down as you can, take excactly 8 steps left, 1 down, 1 left and as far up as you can go.
Now follow the green path.
