Could anybody pleeease help me , I can only get 6 out of the 7 chomps out of the house, how do you get all 7 I have tried everything I can think of.

You haven't said which colour Chompers, so I'll just assume it's both.

It's simple really, you just need to move whichever character that's luring them out left and right, left and right till they are all out.
