New Level (Advanced) Igloo

Hi all,
I have been experimenting with models again. I found this on the web.
It took me forever just to size/orient it. You all who make these from scratch have my total admiration.
Simple puzzle.
(After all the frustration of working on the model, I couldn't think of what to do with it!)
Enjoy,
jg

I had exactly the same igloo in my arsenal jg, just waiting for the right chance to use it.
I am going to have to post the models I have in there. They're doing no good just sitting on my hard drive, someone may as well put them to use.

The igloo looks
fantastic JG - thought I was back in the Foggies there for a while
Still haven't completed it - I am absolutely rubbish with boulder puzzles

I have been looking for easy ones to experiment with. One with textures/colors already applied. I am getting pretty good at rotating, scaling and moving them around.....but I am still at a loss on the rest of it.
Please do post what ever you have that you are willing to share wiith us.

What 3D package are you using jg? AC3D is much easier than Milkshape for making your own things.

I'm still using Milkshape.....I refuse to buy anything else until I can at least be semi-efficient at the basics.
(But you could probably talk me into it.......
if you promise I will be as
good as you some day!)
Right now I am helping my sister in law to plan a layout for their "new" home. They bought this old school house, and have torn out most of the interior rooms. We have been using a TurboCad program, I do alright on the 2d layouts, but I get
really interesting results when I try the 3d plans.

You can import Autocad DXF into AC3D, not sure if that is the same thing as TurboCad.
There's a 14 day trial on AC3D if you want to give it a try. I could PM you some ac files then for things I've been working on. In fact I'll have a look through my milkshape files for you. See if there's anything you could use in there.

Loved the igloo and the effect through the hole in the roof when the game was completed. Nice little boulder puzzle too. Thanks for more fun.

Great puzzle & superb scenery

Had some trouble figuring out the bolder placement & then felt really stupid when everything "fell" into place. Thanks for the fun.
