New Level - Paddy cake

This is for the younger ones, although I find myself enjoying these levels too sometimes. Hope you enjoy.

btw I sure hope Kazza has heard of this one :) if not I have a few more to try. :lol:

Yes, this is well-known in the UK too. Just a couple of words difference:

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker's man,
Bake me a cake as fast as you can,
Pat it and prick it and mark it with a B,
And put it in the oven for baby and me.

I liked the layout of this one Cathy. Peegue had to take the long way home so we got the rhyme again, which kids love. :D 8) :D

Thank you Liz. I did see this version on line after seeing your post. This rhyme is sung to an infant using their hands and making certain motions as you sing the song. I know my nieces and nephews loved to play paddy cake, kept them very entertained. :P :P :P

Yep .. heard this one .. "Pat-a-cake" version. Nice looking level, liked the play on "roll it" :wink:

Thank you both, Had a good time with this one too, especially having peegue as the Bakers Man. Roll them was easier than pat it, I was at a loss for that one.
