I enjoyed this immensely - my only disappointment was it didn't take me longer to solve

At last I did it! This is a very intricate puzzle, and my brain was completely scrambled. Finally got it straightened out.

Wonderful puzzle Bordeaux, and only the second one of yours I've managed to complete. I'm very proud of myself!

PS: I know HOW to do all of your Friends level, but keep getting wiped out at the ice/box bit, then losing heart for starting over until another day.

Thank-you Liz and Kazz. I liked this one as well. I called it no frills because I usually start making my levels with "no frills" then I add things to make the solution more difficult to see. I really like making levels but am falling behind on solving them!
