I am quite baffled by what to do with the chompers in RTW Deluxe W3L5, Qookie's Mushroom Farm. No matter what I do, they catch me! There must be a way to destroy them???

That link did help--at least it made it clear to me that I just had to put up with those pesky chompers. Even after I made the bridge and cleared the chompers, it took quite a few tries to make it past the spirits at the exit. Whew!

ok. After playing and dying like thousands of times just on this level, I finally figured out that you don't use the bridge that you have to collapse. Once I figured that out, I actually made it through the level. That was the hardest part I thought.

This level gave me sore feet too. Those lil buggers just wouldn't leave me alone. I just went back to it and after reading everyone's post's and trying a few routes I GOT IT! ::doin' the happy dance::

I just wish there had been a way to stomp the chompers hehehe

I did end up using the bridge you collapse cause once I got the box across I turned around and trapped the one chomper that was chasing me back on that side of the bridge I built. Then I went to the collapsable bridge and was able to get over to that one lonely coin. Then it was running back across, getting the box in that lower right corner and just running around for the bonuses. After a few tries I got them all and got killed by the spirits by the exit.....I was so excited I didn't realize there was a bit of a space there hehehehe Went back and finally got it!
