I can make it thru this level just fine till the end where I need to get Stinky across. I leave 2 boxes on the pink and yellow buttons, I can get all the bonus coins on the outside of the lighthouse just fine but after Peeque finds the note telling him about the blue and green button in the lighthouse he is having trouble actually finding them. Can anyone give me a bit of help here so I can help Peeque with his confusion and get Stinky to safety. (Loof couldn't find them either)

Monica, how funny you posted this.... I'm in the process of re-playing all the levels I didn't get gold the 1st time through & I just played this one last night.
I promise you there are two buttons in the light house, you have to walk around in there a bit, if I remember right, you cross over them when your getting the bonus coins on the outsides of the light house. If I may suggest playing with the sound on (if you're not) then you can hear when you've walked over them.

Lillian you little stinker, I was just coming back to post those links, alas you have faster fingers than I.

Monica, I think this may be the reason your not getting the gates open.

"Now make sure the boxes are on the pink and yellow buttons and Stinky is not standing on the blue or the green button - otherwise buttons inside the lighthouse will close (not open) those gates. Take Peegue through lighthouse to collect the coins and open blue and green gates. Follow with Stinky and Loof. "

This of course is AFTER you get the box all the way down into the water.

I've gone off before and spent ages playing the level again, making the most beautiful screenshots and typing out a whole solution - puff - puff - puff - and you come back to post it and the original person having the trouble has posted:

I turned the volume up louder but I still didn't hear the switch I keep my volume up high enough so I can hear the little critters talk amongst themselves. But I did finish the level. I had already read all the other help, but thank you anyway. I always do a search 1st. Here is the solution. The solution was to move Loof thru the star 1st then have Peaque go to the switch, everyone is then home free, yea.

hmmm that's very interesting, I don't think that's the way I did it. I thought I had Puegee go through first pushing the buttons, then Loof & last but not least Stinky. But hey what ever works to get the level complete congratulations.

I always got loof down pushing buttons then followed with everyone else. was still able to get all the chompers killed after using one to hold a button.

I had Loof go thru 1st twice and look for the buttons in the lighthouse but he couldn't find them. Oh well I finally finished that one and got my star. I know in some levels you have to use certain characters to do certain things or it just doesn't work. In the solution it says to take Peeque thru 1st and step on the button. But I just took Loof to get him out of the way. Gosh I just love being a nutter.

I have looked at the online solution for this level and maybe it is just me, but I am confused! The way it is worded I dont' know what to do. I killed the chompers and then it says to use the boulder to smash to boxes which I did. But then I am confused from there. It says to put two boxes on the pink and green buttons and then to put the one on the pink button down to green and stand Stinky on the pink button! And then to take the third box and push it down to the gate! I don't understand. The thrid box is blocked by a rock!

You only need two boxes on the four buttons, the third box is to push through the gates. Using two boxes and Stinky on the buttons keeps three gates open at a time. Following the instructions for placing the boxes and moving Stinky, you will open the gate in front of Loof and allow him to keep moving one square forward.

To get the third box out you need Stinky and Loof. One of them can stand by the poster and the other can push the box in front of him so it can be pushed out.

Once Loof is through, take special care on where you put the boxes or you will lock some of the gates and Stinky will be stuck.

I got the gold on this level, but even with full solution I can't get Stinky with box, when Loof is with 2 boxes. Everytime, Stinky or the Box is getting destroyed.

Myself I used a chomper to help keeping the last gate open.

If you follow the instructions to the letter you shouldn't destroy anything. There is a pattern to it if you look closely, and you really don't need the help of a chomper.

Hehe, I finally done it without using a chomper on a button.
