The Wonderland Board

It is getting down to the wire and this one is giving me the willies. I checked the search and came up with nada, nishta. Anybody have any hints on how to start? TKS in advance. Obviously, I am very new at this but I love it. This is my third Wonderland series, sometimes I can't see the forest for the trees.

First you destroy all the linked spheres, then use the new ones to get the buttons covered.

I'm terrible at shperes, so can anyone tell me how to cover the buttons, I can destroy the sheres with no problem, just can't get both buttons covered.

After destroying all the spheres, push the left sphere up, wait for other spheres, push upper sphere left, wait for the middle one to come, push the middle one down, push the bottom one right.
Took me gazillions of tries to figure out too, if this is any consolation.

Hello..I know that I mustn't bumped in this topic but please help me...I've got a big problem in the beginning of this level.I don't know how to destroy the spheres.I don't know which one I must move in elecrike titles for destroying them...
So...please help me to solve it!!!

Push the spheres down, left, down, right, up.
Each time. before making the next move, make sure that all the spheres stop.
