Night house and lamppost textures

Welp.

These textures are not my creations. They were created by MS for reasons unknown by the learned. Probably falls under the category of red magic-never used but not removed. Since I couldn't get them to work from the data folder, I post them.

I think they change if you changed the level's lighting to something less than 100, as if the street lights are glowing and the houses are better looking.
