This is soo cool looking and I had to ask if this is really a water bridge in Germany or is this computerized to look like it?
If it is real, how deep is the water?
Thought one of you might know something about this.

It's real, Cathy. We have at least two of them for canals crossing rivers. I don't know if this is the bridge at Magdeburg crossing the river Elbe or the one at Minden crossing the river Weser.
I've looked at wikipedia for the last one and the water on/in the bridge is about 4m deep.

Thanks Lutz.

I figured you would be able to answer my question. The email I got said it was the one crossing the river Elbe. Just wasn't sure if the picture was real or they were pulling my leg. This is really neat to look at.

WHAT is that!?!?!?!?!?? I've never heard of such a thing! How does the water stay on the bridge if it is an arc?
Amazing!!

That's wayyy cool, and a bit scary... I don't think I'd like standing on the bridge with all those big ships passing by.
