old levels

I was going to ask for help with an old custom level, but I see that bringing old levels to the front page of the puzzle and action forum upsets some ppl so how do I go about asking for help with the old levels? do I PM the maker? I don't want to pull a level to the front page and get ppl upset with me, I only just started playing the custom levels and am finding they are slightly harder than the levels in the game.

Hi ggeordie,

Some people will get upset over anything.

If you need help and you can find the level in question then post your query on it and bring it to the top. It won't take long to go back down again once it's been answered.

If you can't find the level then start a new thread and give as much information as possible on what level it is and who made it if you know. It's better to post than PM I think, because someone other than the maker may be able to help you quicker than the maker can.

No problem asking a question on a older level on the actual thread. I think what happened in one case (and got some people less than happy) was just posting "non-content" comments on several year old levels, which is just a bit silly.

Ty for the answers, I managed to finish the level I was stuck on, but I now know how to post my questions if I get stuck again.

Welcome to the Forum - you go ahead and bring up any levels you are stuck on. There are lots of friendly and helpful members that will try and help you on old levels (if they can remember how to complete them!
