Nice levels.
PS: On #18, you might not get the effect of making the bonus coin open the exit gate, since you can collect it before even 104 rainbow coins have been collected.

I know, I've seen it myself. But if you wait until 104 coins were collected and then go to collect the bonus coin, that does look cool.
