New level (adv.) - Mostly Green

Post by mette » Fri May 11, 2007 8:33 pm

Hi all,

It's been a looooong time since I made (or played) a level and I don't know if this one is hard or not. I have been working on this one on and off between studies for a while now - I hope it's fun

Enjoy :D

Just played the level once.
Got the coins, but I couldn't figure out for the bonuses yet.

I enjoyed this level. I randomly destroyed a few items and regretted it the first try and was zzzzapped by the z-bot on the second, but made it home safely on third.

Thanks,

Michelle

So good to have you back! 8)
Mette, you are one of the best level-makers!
And "Mostly Green" is proof of how talented you are! :D
Hope you are back to stay!
Thank you for this new level.

Thanks :D

Very kind words Mark :D

I'm glad to know someone actually finished this level and enjoyed it :)

I doubt I'll become superactive in the near future - exams are getting closer - but I'll continue working on levels whenever I get 5-10 mins to spare. In other words it will probably be a while before my next level is done

Can anyone out there help solve this?

I can get all the coins but I can't find a way to use the green spheres to cover a green or yellow button afterwards so I can't exit. It might be something simple but I don't see it, grrrrr.

Thanks,
bob

I'm stuck too, Bob. Mark, Chip or Amnon?

I actually solved this one before, and I downloaded it again to see if I could help Bob.

Well I spent the entire morning on it and I can't figure out how I did it.

Amnon, any luck?

EDIT: Finally solved it again, and posted the solution below. :)

I'm seeing this for the first time, so I will try it soon once I have the time.

In any case, what seems obvious is that while the coin on the yellow button should be taken early on, the coin on the light-green button should not.

It took me hours on end because I made the above assumption:
In any case, what seems obvious is that while the coin on the yellow button should be taken early on, the coin on the light-green button should not.
Once I dropped that assumption, everything fell into place so easily!

The same here Amnon. I spent the entire day on this because of that same assumption.
When I first solved it seven years ago: "Everything fell into place so easily" as you said.

You're welcome, Bob!

Mette is one of the BEST. 8)
She must have analyzed every other move and squashed it.

I just realized that Mette made the custom texture! 8)
It's very good and perfect for this outing. :)
