New Level (adv) - First Flight, Departure!
New Level (adv) - First Flight, Departure!
Our friend Mahaloof made his first plane flight last week to join some friends of ours in England. Both Kiki and I were unable to be there but we thought it might be fun to celebrate the fact that he finally got his wings!
Keeks and I have combined two levels 'Departure' and 'Arrival' as a set. You don't have to play them back-to-back, but we thought it would be fun to try something a little different.
You will need the model, you don't need the texture but we think it helps!

I'm sorry if that model is giving people trouble. I took it directly from one of Mahaloof's levels so I figured it was fine. I have no idea how to re-size these things so if anyone wants to jump in and help I would be grateful!

Here's the model file resized so that it should work with any graphics card.
So if you're having problems loading the model, just download this one and replace the existing file!
I didn't have any problem with it, but my graphics card isn't picky!

Great fun all the way Bob
and a nice tribute
Got
a few times on the right tramp so I waited like a good little girl
till the boulder did whatever it needed to do
and then was able to make my way down a level. I know there is a left glitchio but didn't realize it happened on the right too.
Thanks for a fun level.

Totally AWESOME and thank you so much for this, guys!!
Yep, it was my very first flight ever and I'm 45+, kids. So that means I'm really very old.
I was more afraid that anything might go wrong before that, like certain papers I should have had or something else that everyone knows of but me. The story of my life. And sure enough, I almost missed the plane. My timing at the check-in was spot on. Then I learned that Gate H would open 30 minutes before the plane would take off. However, what I took to be Gate H was actually passport control just before the Taxfree Shopping Area (Someone should tell me about these things, yes?) So I thought I was the first at Gate H, but then, after loads of hallways, conveyor belts and unloading passengers trying to take me the other way, I was the last, just before the Gate closed. Huffing und puffing I knocked on the plane and said in a low voice: "Little stewardess, little stewardess, let me come in."
Still got a window seat when I explained I'd never flown before and I'm not really the big bad wolf.
Finally the plane took a running jump and went waaaay up into the clear blue sky, making the tiny country of Holland even smaller!
My house certainly looked like it wasn't worth the rent.

Okay, please PM me and tell me how you managed that!
edit: never mind I figured out how you did it, very clever! Although if I don't push the barrel into the water at the top I can't slide back up through the house, I keep getting blown up by some unseen glitch, beats me
