As you're probably more of a newcomer, then of course you can't know the trick I use again and again in many levels.
And anyway, a lot of time passed, so here's the walkthrough.

Have Stinky collect the rainbow coins at the left and stay at the bottom "square". Have Loof push one of the barrels to Stinky. Have Stinky to push the barrel up. Have Loof collect all the bonus coins (if you didn't do it earlier) and put the barrel below the middle patch of ice.
Now Stinky pushes the barrel on the transporter. Switch to Loof and wait just a bit (or none, if you switch slowly) and push the barrel up.
The idea is to slide one barrel into another -- which means the transporter STOPS below the problematic coin. Don't reverse the roles of Stinky and Loof with this level, as Qookie will hinder you in switching quickly enough.
Collect the coin and transport to the right. From the exit gate, go RDDLDLDR to sort out the boxes. Collect the last bonus coins.
Now just exit with all three characters. You need to be quick if you want to collect that last bonus coin near the exit -- it's well guarded with spikes.
