Full Games With No Time Limit

Post by Mark » Thu Jan 03, 2008 2:44 am

There's a site offering popular games with no time limit.
Instead of paying twenty bucks, you watch a commercial.

Here are a few titles:

Cake Mania
Diner Dash 2
Luxor 2
Super Granny 4
Alice Greenfingers
Dream Chronicles

Sounds like a goodun, but is it legal?
I think it's a cool thing, but I cannot find any license information on their site.
Rest in peace, Kym. I hardly knew ya.
Rest in peace, Marinus. A bright star, you were ahead of me on my own tracks of thought. I miss you.

The ads are what make it legal I'm guessing. They call the Ads, their "Sponsors" as if they pay for the games in order to put their ads in the game.

An ad pops up for about 20 seconds every 10-15 minutes of game play.

Still not sure if it's legal but it's a great way to try out a game to see if you really like it. Better than just an hour of play. Although if I really like a game these ads that pop up can be really annoying. Especially if you are playing a game that requires quick fingers or something like that.

Except from Super Granny 4, all games they offer are old or very old.
If you're a real gamer you had tried or bought most of it.

I'm trying it out with Burger Island.

Mostfun has a download manager like RealArcade and Bigfish.

It's perfectly legal. The developers are having their games sponsored.
It's like television, except the shows are games.

Here's an explanation from Gamezebo:
