New Request, Old object

Hey guys. I'm going to start making a series of levels as an adventure.
But I can't make custom houses. At some point at the adventure, our heroes stay at a Spooky Motel. I just need an Old looking custom house to match the Old texture I'm going to use with it.

I don't know....I have no idea how to create a texture or where to begin. Can you help me please??
