How do you install the key? I tried double clicking like I have done in the past but this time it says I cannot import a binary registry file.

But you don't need to ban him yet... it's just if (s)he keeps doing it, that would cause trouble, and then MS would. Too bad IP banning doesn't work anymore...>_> IP changers accually work, I tried one once.

There's a free web host which can ban you, stopping you from getting on even if you change your IP address. Guess how.
