Is there a reason you have a mcafee message under the level you posted? Should we be worried about this level or something?

Uh, no.

It's a signature. McAfee removed that many of the same virus, and I used it to be a funny sig...

I hope you didn't have to remove virus's from your computer, those things can do some nasty work. Will play your level here in a bit.
