Here: Look to the top of the page and up a bit. You should see:

Or something like that.

Now, go post a reply. Look to the corner of where you can type. Like here:

___ where the r is.

then up a bit. You should see a button that says URL. Click it, then in the post box, type the link. Like this:

Then click the URL button again. It should be

[url]http://www.pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16699[/url]

Tada! It will come out as http://www.pcpuzzle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16699. If you want it to say words instead, do it like this:

Will come out as Topic?
