I assume the turtle has to go DOWN to the red timer first. The only spot I have and unobstructed view to place a grow is RIGHT of center which keeps him out of the water on that side, but sends him UP. Once he's up, I don't see a way to get him back down, that's why I figured he has to go down first! I cannot find a place for a second grow to send him down. I am assuming you need two grows to accomplish this. Tlhanks in advance.

Hi Pat.

Hope it helps.After you place that first grow right of center, step down one spot and you should be able to place another top of center to steer him down. In case we're talking about different shooting spots:
Grow 1 from the tile directly right of the white button.
Grow 1 from the tile directly down and right of the white button, or otherwise described as directly under the first flower.
This is where the clue "timing is everything" comes in. You have to place them such that they turn the turtle, but expire before turtle comes back up, otherwise turtle just ends in the water near where he started.

yep - that's how i did it too, sometimes it was easier to use keyboard for movements and mouse for grows (when it is only a few steps, like down, right) even better if you can key with one hand and mouse with the other!

to time the grows to expire before the turtle comes back down, i waited where i could see the single grow in the first pond but could quickly run in a straight line to the white button... when the single grow does that shimmer before it pops, that's when to run... make it quick and get both grows up before the turtle hits that intersection!
Oh, OK:
You only need to press the turning-button once, so that the transpo next to you is pointing E.Ride it, and before you go on next transp, place a GROW so that you can step at the next one,(the one on the bottom) Before you step on it, place another GROW so far beyond the last one, that it can hit the TP. Xtra hint for later, waith till your other grows has popped before you make the last one.

I am really sorry to be such a dim bulb, but this just doesn't make any sense to me. After I change the turning-button once and ride the transporter that's next to me to the east, then I can't see any arrangement of grows or transporters that will get me to the teleporter. None of them is pointing in the needed direction. That is where I'm going, right?? The teleporter at the far bottom of the screen?? What am I missing???

I missed this level and just gone back to find it today. When I solved this level, I actually managed to find a way to emerge from the green teleporter with 4 Grows on my glove.
1) Business as usual until you step onto the rotate button. You should've spent 3 Grows as this point.
2) Step off the rotate button onto the transporter which go right.
3) Before stepping onto the next transporter, put a Grow (this would be your 4th) directly south of it blocking it from moving. Now proceed with the next few steps quickly before the 3rd and 4th Grows bursts.
4) Step onto the blocked transporter.
5) Step back onto the previous transporter which you bring you back to the rotate button.
6) step onto the rotate button.
7) step back onto the transporter, which will try go to down but can't because it's blocked by your 3rd Grow.
8. step onto the rotate button one more time.
9) step back onto the transporter one last time, this time it will go right again.
10) wait for your Grows to burst if they haven't already.
11) Proceed with the remaining transporters, except notice that you no longer need any Grows for the final 2 transporters.

I can get across the lake, get the 1st green key from the Yellow & orange blocks. but I can't find the red key at all. What am I missing???
