New Level - Which Way Loofie ??

Post by malcdelsol » Wed Dec 01, 2004 10:58 am

Hi Wonderlanders,

Jan & I were woke up far TOO early this morning by a storm that had been raging for most of the night

We have heavy black clouds & torrential rain - really miserable

Then I found out that my favourite soccer team back in the UK had got 'well & truly' beat last night - well, you can imagine my mood

So I created this level to cheer myself up

Hopefully you'll have a bit of fun with it as well - in the meantime I promise to put the old thinking cap on for my next level

Malc,

I hope your team wins on Saturday and the sun shines brightly.

I'll be scratching my head for a while with this one.

The icy cold weather is a good excuse for me, my brain is frozen!

Will report in with my progress (hopefully) soon.

I went via Z-Bot Airlines & made it - ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT! This is a #ONE FIRST for me with one of your levels. An interesting idea!

Well I was ready for a fist fight this morning. I thought this was impossible and you'd done it to get us back for your crap weather! BUT I see it's been completed so again it must just be me.

I tried it all ways and got zapped without fail, I even waited while the UFOs blasted themselves but there was always a few left to get me.

Either I'm really stupid or the others have got super powers. It is two of the witches who have done it, after all.

PS I finally managed Peegue's Poser 7 last night. Wahey! 8)

Hi Wonderlanders,

CONGRATS to those who have completed this level via any route - anyone done the kabooms way yet :?:

I have to admit this is not my normal type of level and it was created by my 'mood' of yesterday morning

popo - the UFO route (south) is by far the easiest way as you should be able to get all but 1 of them to blow-up

By the way - it's still pouring down this morning  - and I think I might just create another level to pass the time

Well Malc, the 3rd witch has succeeded via broom through the zbots.

Now I must try the kaboom route next.

Let you know how I get on.

Thanks (I think) for the challenge.

Aha! Have succeeded to the south, now onward to more dangerous paths.

Thanks?

I am so pleased to say that I've completed them all. YIPPEE! :D

Once you finish one route, the rest seem to be a dawdle.

I think the zbot route was the hardest btw.

I'm a happy teddy bear. Oops, meant to say witch.

Thanks again.

Personally, I think all of you are tooting your own horns, trying to drive me crazy!! Unless there is a trick, I'd like to know how any of you got passed the flippin' saucers. I GIVE UP!! :(

That's why I took the Z-Bot route - that was easy; and UFO's don't like me anyway!

I am in the same mess as Terri - can't get past the UFO's - they are everywhere!!!!

Just completed your "Time is of the essence" level today - 20 seconds my ars*!!!! More like 4 minutes!

Pomps had no respect for Watford - should have taken them a bit more seriously  As for Tottenham - I stood in the freezing stadium for what seemed like an eternity (3 hours!), freezing my dubries off to watch that shower of divvies go out on penalties to a Poolies reserve team    I give up

Hi Teri1255 & Lillian,

Teri1255 - You have possibly received a PM from other members by now but in-case you haven't here is the UFO solution(s) :-

****** SPOILER ******

First part for all ways :-

If you have gone West or East then keep as close to the center of the level as possible and walk down into the fake wall.
If you have gone South then wait until the 5 lower UFO's pass left-right and then walk down either side and keep walking into the clearing and get behind the metal-box.

For going South :-

Push metal-box down 1 - the 5 UFO's will now hit the box and go down. Wait for a coulpe of seconds then quickly step 1 left and then 1 right back behind the metal-box.
4 of the UFO's will get blown-up (you can do this as many times as it takes to leave only 1 UFO to then worry about).
Wait until you see this last UFO turn the bottom and then go far right and keep walking down to safely pass him.

***** END OF SPOILER *****

Lillian - 'Time is of the Essence' level - Congrats - that was SOOOO long ago
As for the footie - was thinking of a Pompey v Spurs final at Cardiff - Oh well, ther's always the FA Cup

I managed all 3 ways as well (before reading Malc's hint). I saved the UFO's for last. I managed to do the UFO's without killing any of them. I do agree once you solve one the others are a little easier. I was very impressed that someone did the Z-Bots on the 1st try. That one took me forever!

Thanks for making one I could solve Malc. Hopefully soon I'll have some time to go back and solve some of your others.
