Nobody's said he came up with this before seeing your pictures. He came up with it on the 20th, after you did, sure, but before you posted it.

Even if he had came up with it from seeing your picture, inspiration is very common with things like this sometimes. There's nothing wrong with that.

Besides, the only set here identical to yours is the one with the blank item background - but that's probably a pretty common idea. I know I've wondered about it before.

As for the icon sets themselves, yeah, they literally rock.
