I can't seem to get Stinky through the second blue gate in time???

I have the same problem, if you're talking about the lightblue gate above the white and red gates. I got all coins and bonuscoins. L, Q and P were able to exit but Stinky didn't see the party yet.

Seems strange to me. Except for that lightblue gate problem it's a fine level.
