Well, if your pokemon are weak...I don't think you'd want to battle. My highest level pokemon is like level 80 or 81.

I do level 100 battles anyway.

(it boosts your pokemon's level to 100 for the battle.)

I dont need that. Almost all my good Pokemon are on lv100 anyway.

Feebas(or its evoulvement. It has to be female. This is because I want to IV breed and EV train it.

Charamander( or its evoulvments, female for same reason)
cyndaquil( " " female " ")

dratini( " " female " ")
any shiny pokemon.
NO HACKED POKEMON.

btw, in case you didn't know, " " means same as above.
