It is because of the new clothes coming soon. They thought no one had them and moved the clothes' files from phase4 to phase3, so when someone with these clothes comes it would make all people crash.

If you want a workaround ask me, US and UK supported.

I'm planning to max Sound at the VP that I become a Mr. Hollywood, which is also my next VP. I was dangerously close to getting 10,000 points before then, but instead I only got 9,999.
