So... About Portal 2

People knew this was coming after hearing an in-game documentary from the first Portal saying it doesn't reveal all of it. So Portal 2 is coming next year and I'm trying to make games and make money so that I'll be one of the first to buy it.

It's interesting in Portal 2 to see that I can go through the same testchambers again but broken and overgrown with flora. If you say I'm wrong, that's what my brother said.

Oboi, I need to redownload the original to get back in practice.

(I had the original on my old hard drive which died, so hopefully I can get it off Steam again.)

If you still have your account credentials, then yes, you can download any game you got over Steam to another computer.

It's not just you. I remember being so freaked out by the music and by that voice that I actually beat the fan-made Prelude (much harder but not creepy at all) before beating the original Portal. I have to admit that final fight is creepy as hell. And that time limit... just wow.

Then I went back to the original Portal and said to myself "I've just beaten GLaDOS in Prelude, where she could insta-kill you unless you constantly defended from flying stuff with a chair, could shoot LASERS at you and all that stuff, now go into Portal where she is weaker and FINISH that fight" and then it worked. But still, that music... it IS creepy.

IMO that isn't scary, unless you weren't looking upwards and failed to notice the way out. I did once. Next time I saw the way out and I laughed.

Even the abandoned areas themselves were creepier. Nothing happens, but something might...

Still, this game didn't freak me out until the final fight itself. That "other" voice and the music, and the rocket that forces you to always MOVE or you WILL DIE.

I thought Chamber 19 was the end of the game. It took me a while to find the way into the abandoned areas (when I got up onto the platform thing, I didn't know where to go next).

For some reason, the abandoned areas creeped me out a lot. I guess it was just the whole feel of it. Some parts took me FOREVER to figure out like that glass tube that you had to use the rocket against as well as those piston sections. It was roughly a third of the game, wasn't it?

OK, I think this is the plot:

Glados gives Chell(I got the name from "The Difference between You and I." That Old Portal Fan-fiction.

) tests and says that there is cake at the end. Eventually Chell finds out somehow that Glados is evil, and somehow(Most likely by ripping out a cord, like in the Fan-fiction) destroys him/her. In the second one Glados returns, right?

From what I've heard, GLaDOS is repaired when a personality core thingy that guides you (I think it has a name, I can't recall what it is) accidentally sets off a repair sequence. And like Muzozavr said, GLaDOS is still pretty messed up even after that beating.
