Are you maybe talking about Diemen, nearby Amsterdam (NL) ?

You don't want to live there! Every morning and every evening it's on the radio in the traffic information. Hundreds of cars are standing still, no matter if they are using Caps Lock or not. No matter if they are making very big quotes and saying almost nothing.... , .... or not.

Really, believe me; You don't want to live there. Ouch!
