I chose Loof. Not sure what's causing it, but usually if I want to test something in a level, I do it with Loof.

Loof isn't faster, they all move at the same speeds. The other three look bigger and slightly clumsier, so they appear to move slower.

MS has posted a list of object speeds once:
Ghost, Saucer: 0.5
Kaboom: 0.666...
Stinky/Loof: 1
Z-Bot: 1.5
Stinky/LoofonIce: 2

Of course all beans are good. Real beans are better then jelly beans, but they are good too. No matter which color they are. No discrimination.
