Sorry to hear about your health concerns, I'll keep a positive thought for you.
As to this level...my biggest problems were the fire on the ice field and getting into the upper room. It took an age before the 'ah-haa' moment finally came and all things started to make sense.

I am so glad someone ask for help finally. I have been trying this and don't know if I have the first moves right. I would like the first 5 moves also. Mark your levels always dumbfound me. They are fun to try though. Hope you can stay well.
First 5 moves:
1. Take barrel out of the way (3D3R)
2. Boulder to the left
3. Ice-cube next to Loof (1U2R1U)
4. Stinky on white button
5. Loof place ice-cube straight below Stinky
Kiki, if you can exit one of the two stinkers, you actually have solved the level. I'm pretty sure you'll find the last easiest part of all (Well as far as we can speak about easy parts in Mark's levels ) yourself tomorrow.
Would someone please give me a walk through on this one. I have to give up. I can get all of the coins but three. I really want to see how to solve it.
To extinguish the fire on the ice: Drop the barrel in the water, Right of the bottom-right tramp; Clear the 2 coins on the bottom tramps; send an ice-cube over those bottom tramps.
I swear I'm so daft...Or blind! I never seen that about the exit and it was right there in front of me the whole time.

Thanks for your help Amnon but I still need a walk through. Not matter which way I try I don't have enough equipment to get it all. I am doing something totally wrong. I would just like to know how to solve this if someone would send me the help.
Amnon, I sent Annie the walktrough, and Mark can decide when posting it here. I thought you may find it pity if you wrote a walkthrough while there is already another one.
Mark, I think that's too much honour. Thanks. All I found was just a slightly different way:
1. Using the combination of a timer and a round button to keep a gate open.
2. Keep the gate open by the round button for the first person, and by the timer for the second person.
Thanks to Marinus and Amnon I finally got this one. I was reversing the use of the boulder and ice cube, so I could not get any where. Really fun level Mark even though I had to have a lot of help. Thanks for the fun.
1. Barrel 3D, 3R. Boulder L. Cube U, 2R, U. Loof pushes cube L, and stands on aqua. Cube U. Boulder U, L. Cube 3D. Using 2 characters, push boulder D and quickly cube L to stop boulder on its way back up. Boulder L to destroy steelbox.
2. Stinky stands on aqua button, and Loof right of aqua gate. Using 2 characters, push barrel to left of aqua gate, and L in water. When cannon shoots, jump LD, quickly push blue sphere L, barrel R and step L.
3. Using 2 characters push cube L over the bottom tramps. Jump L over top tramp to travelator, travel URD, and (using moving cube as jumpstopper) jump DDU, to top-left area. Push second cube also L over bottom tramps to destroy first cube.
4. Slide D to get coin above barrel on ice. Stinky travels to bottom-left water, and Loof stands above top-right ice. Stinky travels R, and immediately Loof slides D to get coin right of barrel. Stinky travels back to top-left water.
5. Push prism to above top-right ice, and D in water, to stop travelator below barrel on ice. Slide UDUD to push barrel UU, an travel around to push it R. Push barrel in water left of blue gate, (doing the same with blue button/gate as before with aqua) and get last 2 coins on tramps.
6. Have Loof standing on aqua, until Stinky has exited and aqua gate closes, then exit Loof.
I only needed to know how to get up into the top-left room - surprising isn't it? I had already figured out everything else... just needed a little nudge.
