Is there an date or something?
Its been a few weeks since new off-topic was made, and nothing has been moved from old one.
Any info on this?

Nope.
It's up to MS to gives us access to the old off-topic so we can start moving topics.

1. Why did you make a new topic for this matter, while there is already such topic?
2. Which topics do you want to be moved, and why?
3. (Question in general) Would it be a good idea to have one topic for general questions where is no other topic for, instead of a separate topic for each little question?
